Areas of action
We develop projects and actions related to environmental education, urban agriculture and the popularization of agroecology and permaculture. We align our work in 4 areas of action: Environmental and climate education, Restoration of landscapes and forests, Research and Urban Agriculture.
Participatory pedagogical methodologies are transversal to the 4 lines, aiming at popular and emancipatory education.

In partnership with universities and fields of ancestral knowledge, we map and systematize experiences. We produce books, booklets, films and exchange knowledge. We support the dissemination and appreciation of popular cultural expressions.

We work through network actions and the formulation of public policies to strengthen sustainable urban agriculture and guarantee food sovereignty in the city of Rio de Janeiro.
